Nairobi Safari Club by Swiss-Belhotel

The suite was well furnished and presented. The staff were amazing, especially the customer experience rep, who managed to trace and deliver my luggage lost by the airline. Breakfast was a good local and international spread. We didn't use the à la carte restaurant (Nairobi is too full of interesting places to experience), but we did use the bar menu a couple of times. The bar serves the best home-made burgers to be found in Nairobi! The hotel has a pool and fitness facility, free to guests. We explored the hotel, as you do, and the facilities look great, although we didn't use them.

The food was delicious 😋!Hats off to the chefs!The staff were very friendly and always available to help.When I had a problem with the wifi in the room,they sent an IT technician immediately to resolve the issue 😀 .There was always hot water in the bathrooms.It was a good starting point to discover Nairobi.The location is great!

Breakfast was excellent. Very good array of fresh food. Staff were very professional and customer friendly. Front desk staff have a good flair for hispitality. Restaurant and Lobby Bar staff outstanding. Special mention to room cleaning staff Ms Ruth. Irreproachable work commitment. Very good snack menu👍

The location was fantastic but the facilities ( the gym, pool, massage room and facilities) are dated and needs updating and better maintenance.

Staff were very welcoming and service-minded, and were also very obliging in moving to another room. Enjoyed the use of the swimming pool, as well as the fitness centre, where staff and users were really friendly. Special thanks to the in-situ coach Patrick for a good workout.
